I analyzed insights from usability testing to redesign ADP’s Things to Do filtering system, aiming at making it more intuitive and helping users quickly find and prioritize their tasks.

Things to Do

ADP's task management tool, "Things to Do" (TTD), is  a centralized hub designed to help HR professionals, employees, and managers be on top of critical tasks, deadlines, reminders, and essential actions related to HR and payroll processes.

My Contribution

I redesigned TTD filtering system to enhance intuitiveness and usability, enabling users to quickly prioritize tasks. Additionally, I analyzed insights from usability testing to develop data-driven strategies for improving the user experience.

Cross-Collaboration

I collaborated closely with product managers, developers, and global design teams, fostering alignment between design objectives, technical feasibility, and business goals.
